The East Bay Police Association has been dedicated to serving the Greater San Fransico area for the better part of sixty years. Our founder Larry Lubertson had one dream from the day he decided his life would be dedicated to the law. That dream was to unite and build trust with the humans of his surroundings; Resulting in vastly improved communication with each and every citizen inhabiting the upper west coast as of today and tomorrow. Public safety is our most immediate concern and we have no such priority to allow crime to get as bad as it was before Larry took charge because as he spoke, "We focus on bringing justice first. Its just the way it should be."
